Clean room with excellent amenities.

I can't believe there was no AC! It was suffocating, especially at night, making it impossible to sleep well. The fan was filthy and completely inadequate for cooling. The breakfast options were a joke—only sugar-loaded items with no fresh options in sight. The shower didn't have proper storage for toiletries, forcing me to put everything on the slippery floor, which is a safety risk. This hotel needs serious improvements.

The location was fantastic, and the

views from our standard queen room were breathtaking. However, the room itself felt a bit cramped for a family of four, and the historical ambiance sometimes came with outdated amenities.

Charming place with a fab view!

Had a nice 4-night stay in a standard queen room. The old-world charm is real here, and the views are amazing! The gym was super clean and never crowded, which was a plus. Just a heads up, the walk up from Union Square is a bit of a trek, and I noticed a funny smell in the halls.

I had a lovely stay with my family, enjoying the cozy vibe of the Standard Queen Room and the tasty breakfast options. The rooftop bar is a great spot for relaxing cocktails while admiring the stunning views, and there’s even a sauna for winding down after a long day. Just a heads up, the sink water didn’t get too hot, but it was nothing that ruined our time! 😊

This club suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and bar area. The staff were fantastic, even helping me with currency exchange on my first stay. I’m definitely coming back for Easter!

The grilled seafood at the on-site restaurant was a real treat, fresh and bursting with flavor! Plus, the views from the third floor are just stunning—perfect for those Instagram snaps.

University Club provided a well-furnished, newly renovated deluxe queen room with decent toiletries, and a great location near numerous attractions. However, issues popped up. There was no air conditioning, making the room uncomfortable at times. WiFi connectivity was spotty, which was frustrating when I needed to work. The dining options, while good, felt limited at breakfast, leaving me wishing for more hot food. Despite enjoying the location's proximity to attractions, the noise from the hallway at night disrupted my sleep. A couple of maintenance details needed attention, especially in the bathroom. It's a lovely club with potential but could really benefit from some updates and better attention to guests' comfort.
